Bugglie – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Bugglie, Inc. (“Bugglie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing bugglie.com, placing an order, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

Eligibility & Use

You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States.
You agree to use the site and products lawfully and in accordance with all instructions.

 

 

Orders & Subscription Auto-Renewal (Alabama Disclosure)

Bugglie offers both one-time purchases and optional subscription plans.

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price, frequency, and cadence disclosed at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.

You may cancel at any time:

Through your account (if available), or
By emailing support@bugglie.com

There are no long-term contracts, and cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge. Bugglie will provide a confirmation or receipt for subscription enrollment and renewal.

 

Shipping

Shipping schedules are based on region and seasonal pest activity and are estimates only.
Orders may ship in multiple packages.

 

 

Product Use & DIY Guidance

Bugglie provides general educational guidance for convenience only. This guidance does not replace product labels or legal requirements.

You are solely responsible for:

Reading and following all product labels and safety instructions
Complying with federal, Alabama state, and local laws

EPA-approved product labels govern use and carry the force of law.

 

Risk Acknowledgment

Pest control products involve inherent risks if misused. Results may vary. Bugglie is not responsible for injuries, property damage, environmental harm, or regulatory violations resulting from improper use or failure to follow directions. 

 

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Bugglie and may not be copied or used without written permission.

 

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Bugglie a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and business purposes.

 

Disclaimers

All products, services, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, Bugglie disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law:

Bugglie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Bugglie’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Bugglie in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

 

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Alabama-Aligned)

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact Bugglie at support@bugglie.com to attempt informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Bugglie agree to resolve any dispute through final and binding arbitration, rather than court litigation, except that either party may bring an individual claim in Alabama small-claims court where permitted.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will take place in Cullman, Alabama, or remotely if agreed.
Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

 

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity. You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.

If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Alabama law.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
